Ranch Property for Sale
A major portion (320 acres) of Hageman Ranch is currently listed for sale. This will affect hunting leases. The new lease agreement includes provisions for potential suspension or termination if hunting interferes with showings, inspections, or if the property sells and the new owner does not honor the license. Review the updated Trespass License for Hunting Agreement before inquiring or booking. We aim to minimize disruptions and provide prorated refunds where applicable.
